Winter Italian Kitchen

Still dreaming of Tuscany?  Angela has created a heart-warming Italian menu to chase away the winter blues, perfect for informal entertaining.

Start with a demonstration from Angela where she will show you some of the techniques you will use throughout the day.  Then you will be shown how to create pasta with a sauce of Italian sausage, walnuts and Parma ham.  In the warmth of the kitchen you will make pappradelle pasta by hand, and an accompanying wild game sauce, plus a winter nut pesto. Then prepare and cook ‘zuppa di ceci (chickpea soup), Stuffed, rolled shoulder of pork with garlic, sage and pancetta, and ‘Crêpes al Torroncino’ (with praline pastry cream).

£140 (one day)

£250 (two days)

This day is now fully booked.  There are spaces on Winter Italian 2 the following day or plenty of Italian courses in 2012.
