Taster : Knife Skills



Sharpen up your knife skills as you peel, slice, dice and chop your way through this course.  Learn how to adopt these skills into your every day cooking and get inspired. You will make a delicious soup, then prepare and cook a fabulous stir-fry using seasonal vegetables, noodles and strips of succulent meat that you have marinated.
