Taster : Chicken



This course is all about getting more for your money when it comes to meat. Learn how to joint a chicken, then stuff the breasts and bake in parchment and make a delicious curry with the legs and thighs, and puri breads. Your knife skills will improve, and you will learn about spices. £50
