Taster : Asian Salads

Raw food is so good for us, and we should eat a good portion of it each day.  In this class we will show you how to literally create a tonic on a plate!  Make a green papaya salad, Thai coleslaw, salsa, and mixed grain and pickled vegetable salad.

£50 per person.
