Entertain the Italian way with this delicious menu- griddled polenta with roasted tomatoes, fontina cheese and a pesto dressing, fresh pasta with peas, asparagus, beans and Parmesan, summer lamb with artichokes and a cannellini bean salad, summer berry Zabaglione tiramisu. Bellissimo!
