Master the art of preparing a plethora of seafood on this very popular one day course.  Learn how to cook seafood to perfection in a variety of ways, and pick up lots of ideas on how to make the scrummiest dishes that can be enjoyed any day of the week.

Make Potted seafood, then coat and flash fry a flat fish such as lemon sole, then make a ceviche with an oily fish such as mackerel,  and finish your morning with a whole fish baked with herb butter and seasonal vegetables in a bag.   Prepare a srummy lunch of fish and chips and enjoy with a glass of crisp dry white Cariad wine.  return to the kitchen to make some accompaniments such as salsa, aioli, and savoury butter.
