We love cooking with fish at Llanerch and would like to share our enthusiasm you.  Spend a day preparing and cooking an eclectic mix of great fish dishes, whilst picking up lots of tips to help you in your everyday cooking. We will make delicious potted seafood with cucumber and samphire salad, Goan seafood curry, Moroccan fish pie, seafood paella (lunch), and escabech.
