Join Angela and the team for an inspiring hour of cooking as she demonstrates a fabulous feast inspired by the Autumn larder. Our special guest this week is Anand George, the founder of Cardiff restaurant Mint and Mustard.

All the dishes will be raffled, and recipes given out at the end. Lunch will be available in the Bistro afterwards, and the menu will feature two dishes demonstrated. Please book your place. Free
