Take part in one (£140) or both (£250) of these great Asian Cookery Day Courses.

Delve into the flavours of Asian cuisine and discover how to add pizzazz to your every day cooking.  You will use vibrant colours, varying textures and exquisite flavours to create a fabulous feast.

On Day One you will cook hot and sour soup with prawns and pan-fried duck breast with fresh plum sauce before pausing for a well deserved lunch. Make a traditional fish dish with sticky sauce and fresh egg noodels, enjoy with a glass of Cariad wine. After lunch you will cook Stir-fried Vietnamese chicken with lemongrass and fresh egg noodles with ginger relish.  **FULLY BOOKED**

On Day Two you will master Thai spring rolls and prawn Laksa before preparing a lunch of Nasi Goreng.  Relax and enjoy your lunch with a glass of Cariad wine.  Then to finish, you will cook a gutsy red Thai curry from scratch, and fragrant rice. **FULLY BOOKED**
