Angela Gray's Cookery School
Welcome to our very special cookery school, where we invite you to leave all your cares behind, and step into the world of food. Relax and unwind as you learn new skills, build your culinary confidence whilst having a lot of fun along the way. We believe that cooking is a great leveler, and that our tuition will bring you success on a plate. We are passionate about food, and promote the importance of using local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. All of this is neatly wrapped up in an exciting programme of courses and events that are suitable for all abilities.
We offer a range of courses and events including full one and two day courses, mini “Taster” courses, Short Courses and “Cookstart” courses for young foodies. All ingredients are included and you take home what you cook so please don't forget your Tupperware! We also run a monthly Lunch Club, an evening Chef’s table and many bespoke cookery days. Be sure to book our monthly Saturday Morning Kitchen demonstration event, which is an opportunity to view the school and the rest of Llanerch whilst watching a Angela cook some fabulously simple but impressive and flavoursome dishes. Please check our course calendar for full details and our Vouchers page if you'd like to treat someone to a special gift.
